Practice Day

Yesterday was another photography practice day, this time I have invited my friend to be my model..Haha..Actually just coincidence to meet up my friend and help him take some photos..Let's see see my skill..Haha...

I should touch up before posting them..But is okay..Just for fun..Thanks Chong, you are the most handsome! Only able to upload 1 photo due to low speed internet..aiks..

Melt - The World Café

Friday night I was celebrated my friend's birthday, we planned on last week and decided to go Melt - The World Café @ Mandarin Oriental Singapore..

We arrived there around 8pm, our first impression was "very nice & lot of variety", and we saw the Waffle which recommended by other colleague..

We started with BBQ section, they have big prawn, salmon, chicken, satay, beef and etc..I was thinking the BBQ meat must be very nice! Mean time, we went wondering around to search for other food..They have Thai, Peranakan, Indian, Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Salad Bar and the most attrative is Seafood Cold Platter..

I started with a mixture cuisine, taking bit by bit from each style to make a stomach comfortable..Then next is cold platter, also my favourite Oyster, Prawn, Long Leg Crab, Mussel and Bamboo Lobster!!! Next is Japanese, I just tried the Sashimi, I ate a lot of Fish, yummy, found it very fresh!

After hard fighting, we started to eat dessert and lighter food..Something must try, "Waffle"! All of us argeed that Waffle is nice...! Lastly, we grab some pastry and dessert, they looking very very sweet and nice in display...But, what you see doesn't mean is real..

Something we can't deny, is their service, they provided nice service..They have a complementary cake for my friend and also taken photo for us..They printed out the photo for all of us as well!

Comment:
BBQ - Salty, Prawn not fresh although it is big!
Indian, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Malay - Limied food, taste so so..
Japanese - Sashimi is fresh!
Salad/Fruit Bar - Nothing special to talk about..
Cold platter - Okay if you loved seafood!
Dessert - Bad

Overall comment on Melt is ~~ "not worth"...Food variety is plenty, but not everything suitable for you..and the price cost S$70 per pax before 17% tax..

My Lovely's birthday is coming soon, this is my Lovely favourite hotel, I thought bringing her there for birthday before! But now, I have to do another time of research to see which is nicer!

MoonCake Festival 2008 (Part I)

Chinese 15 August, Today is a day for family gathering..Me and my Lovely, we are the coming up family sooner...

We can't celebrate with parents, we wish them "Happy Mooncake Festival" and "Be Healthy Forever"!!!

This is 1st time we joined the mooncake festival in Singapore..They really care bout it and a lot programme running around..

What a Day!

Today woke up at 9am, since my lovely still piggy there, I got up from bed, took bath and ran out from home and rush to Traffic Police nearby my house...I got my PR few months back, need to update my licence too..

This is the 1st time I walked pass the road..felt the journey very far..Finally I found the place and grabbed a queue ticket..Lucky, not much people queueing there, shouldn't take much time..

I was waiting there for about 45 minutes, just for general enquiry..Queue bell rang, oh...is my turn! I was happily talked to the malay lady, unfortunately, she referred me to HQ..Suddenly, I felt very disappointed, why I queued here for so long, but can't do anything..Wasting my time!!!

On the way back home, still feeling angry...But think back...I shouldn't angry..Life always got this kind of block..Haha..If nothing happen to you, do you think your life still "happening"! Be Happy :)

Honeymoon Package Born!!!

After thinking here and there, finally we made a decision..Not Macau/Hong Kong, Not Europe, Not US America, Not Japan...But Korea..

Today, we made it comes real, we signed up our Honeymoon Package with SA Tour @ Suntec Grand Mega Sale..We been through few agency, but lastly we have chosen this..Anyway, every agent have their own privilege, but you can get the best but only the nearest..

Wedding really spending a lot of monies, but it's worth, to make our life happy, to make our memory wonderful!!!

The Day Without Lovely Princess Charmaine - # Day 2-12

09 June 2008 - 19 June 2008 - Geneva, Switzerland - Grand Pre Hotel

These are my stories in Geneva and the days without my lovely..My hotel is quite lousy and without internet connection..So, I can't post any blog there, I can't let my lovely see, how much I Miss Her and Love Her..

She couldn't feel my care, Yeah.it's real, we are so far apart, although our heart always with each other, but we will feeling lonely when one of us missing..Sometimes, one of us will back to KL to do something urgent for 1 or 2 days, both of us will miss each other madly..This time, we are far away, time zone in Geneva is +2, when i woke up in the morning 8am, Singapore already 2pm.

In between the 6 hours, from Lovely woke up till 2pm, she wasn't talk to me..I can feel she is very empty..Everyday I also thinking to chat with her, but I have to concentrate my training..After my training finished at the day, Singapore's Moon already high in the sky, is 12am..

But, really thanks for Lovely, because of her, we have chance to talk to each other every night for an hour, really really appreciated Lovely can wake up at 4am or 5am to chat with me..I'm really happy..

This time in Geneva training, I found myself really lucky, I have chance to come here..1st time I took business class..1st time I flied for 14 to 16 hours..1st time I been to Europe country..And I also lucky that, Geneva colleagues are very good..They taught us everything they knew, all the process flow, beside that, we have chance to watch Soccer Match with them..Yeah..is Euro cup..!

Time passing day by day..Lastly, my lovely was coming to catch me on 19 June, of course I am very happy, but still worrying for her to take flight alone and so long hours..I never let her take flight alone before..

Last year, we have 1 pre-honeymoon, I think this trip for her can treat as second pre-honeymoon..I heard a lot people having 1, 2 or 3 pre-wedding photoshooting, but we have something different..So, we are apart, but we keep trying to do something to comfort each..She choose to call me at night, and I choose to buy her air ticket to be with me............

She wrote me about her everyday in her blog, I read them, I also happy that, missing each other sometimes can bring more love to our life...Lovely..I Love You......
