Bad Services Ever!
We went to Maxis to change our mobile plan and also to convert 2 prepaid sim card to postpaid..When we arrived the shop, their front people are very very helpful and welcome..But they helpful might cause trouble to you..Because they are lack of training, they asked you sign the wrong form, do the wrong step..
Okay..maybe we should understanding and forgive them..But we need to queue for an hour, as they need to serve 9 customers in 1 hour..Don't you think it's too slow..This is Malaysia culture..Fine..We have plenty of time, we can wait..
After we done the conversion, the counter lady promised after 2 hours, prepaid sim card will be terminated and postpaid will activated..Sound great! We also happy for it..But, thing might not so good to you..We were waiting for 2 hours gone and another 2 hours..We still can't use the new sim card..We called their hotline, unbelievable happen, a girl smash the phone when we talked english with them! What the F***! Then we tried to call few times, they said it might take 24 hours to convert..Then we keep on complain..
Finally, they terminated our prepaid services..But, they didn't not activate the new 1..We only able to make our call around 6pm..How could we rate them as a best service among same industry..
