22 Dec 2007 - Over Winter - Guo Dong...

Yesterday was a meaningful for Chinese -- Guo Dong, old people said this day is considered a new year, everything will started in new..Usually, family member will have a reunion dinner, but I can't have it with my family, because I was abroad..

But I have an important family here, my Lovely Girl..She brought me to a restaurant named Ma Maison, it's a mixture of romantic and relax restaurant..I never wonder she will bring me there, quite a suprise for me..

She brought me around the shopping centre and pretend looking for which restaurant to have our dinner..When I saw Ma Maison, I said eh, Ma Maison also have a outlet here, then She pulled me go inside..and She made a booking..

I was suprised by the decorations there, it's feeling like back to 19 century, woonden windows, wooden table, and classic table lamp..the feel is like..WOW! This restaurant is a combination of Japanese and French cuisine..

We have an appetizer which is never try before, French Escargot..Haha..lucky it's like very nice and suit for us! We tried the hamburger steak, it's very juicy with a special made sauce and the taste not like what you have in normal steak house..You will feeling yourself in France, having a great dinner! Wonderful!

We also tried the japanese style fried pork cutlet, something must mention is the thickness of the cutlet is about 6cm, it's also served with ultimate secret sauce, when bite it, really can feel the meat..!

After we finished our food, it's time for entertaiment, take picture! Can't forgive myself if I didn't take picture in this creature comfort restaurant! We took a lot of picture there and Thanks for Sony T200, it's built with Smile Shutter, it will not capture until you say..Cheese...!

Ohh..something must be mentioned, the dessert -- Cheese Cake! We never try the Cheese cake like this, it's really really full of Cheese, it has a normal outfit like others, but you really can tell the different when you bite it! and it's mixed with Chocolate and Strawberry Syrup..Nice! We finished it even though our stomach already full..

Ma Maison is really a good restaurant, their services are very good and friendly and reasonable price..They have sufficient manpower and Japanese waitress as well.. Thanks for my Lovely Girl, She always think of the best and enjoy with Me! I Love You...

Last Saturday, I went to a workshop which is introducing a game created by R. Kiyosaki (Author for Rich Dad Poor Dad)..The game is Cashflow 101, I think maybe you also heard before..This is the "Best" game i ever play before..

Before I started to play the game, there was a presentation by some of the so called "VIP"..And they keep introduced those NUS, NTU graduated student..Said how good they are, now is entrepreneur, I was feeling uncomfortable while listening the presentation, it's like a bit..mm..Non-sense..

When a company promoting a game, they will usually describe much about the game and what is the usefulness if those educational kind..But for this Cashflow 101, they were like MLM company, asking you to shout out some slogans or stupid things..

Those people who playing there, most of them are student from Engineering, IT..When I was playing the game, only 1 word came to my mind..."Unrealistic!"..

Example 1: Sometimes you got the chance to buy share, the lowest price is $5, after that you got a high chance to sell it at $40. Then you earn a huge amount, but it's like passby stock analysis, in real life, no chance for you to do so if you only based on information in a card..no way!

Example 2: Business, sometimes you got a chance to buy a business, so you can just buy it and keep it, until somebody paying high amount to buy from you, then earn from there..But do you know what is nature of the business, where is the profit from..

As they mentioned before the game, you can learn from there about how to become Entrepreneur, how money can work for you..I think it can work, because they never understand about what is accounting, savings, investment strategies..

Sorry to say that, this is a suck game, maybe it just a game, but it's so unrealistic and not really match with what the book written.

Review Of Performance..

Time really flying very very fast, like just a blink, this month already is December.. Sometimes, we need to refresh ourselves and think, what have we done during the year..

Since I started my blog, I had planned for my achievement for year 2007, is time to review it.

1. Work Harder and Achieve higher pay..
- Considered a good move for my pay increment, just Thanks for my Boss..Haha..

2. Get Singapore PR..
- Mission failed, still pending to get my Employment Pass, this plan need to bring forward

3. Pass my Diploma In Investment to move forward my career..
- Yeah..my hardworking never wasted..Got It!

4. Betroth with My Lovely Princess..
- On 7th July, My Lovely Girl said :" I Do!"

5. To maximize My growth that i ever had..
- Able to save some money, but still not enough yet for Wedding..

6. Enjoy holiday at Pulau Redang, Malaysia..
- Went on April during my Birthday, relaxing and wonderful beach!

Beside my plans, also have some activities are out of my plan, like We been to Historical AngKor Wat, Shift House..

Now doing my job search, hopefully I can get a better job and give a better life for my Fiancee.. Okay..so this year my achievement percentage is 85 done.. Must work harder to achieve better for my career & wealth in year 2008.

End Of School Day..

I've been busying for a year to do My part time diploma course, everyday need to rush My work and running to classes..Sometimes think not enough time to be My Lovely..I really feeling tired for it, a diploma course might sound easy for you, but when you have other commitments, it doesn't look funny to you..

Every hardworking sure will receive a return.. Finally..! Finally..!! Finally...!!!

I PASSED MY EXAM!!!

Haha..Last Friday after my dinner with My brother, sister and Lovely, when I back to home, the first thing is check the letter box..But no letter for me..Around 11 plus, my landlord brought back some letters..Oh..God.. The result letter is there.. My heart really started worry, dont know whether I can pass all of them..My Lovely opened for me, haha..Thanks God..I really made it!

Another happy thing is.. My Lovely received her PR application approval letter..Haha.. She's lucky and now Her luck keep coming back..Really Thanks God..

Three Days

This is a story about a lovely girl, her life activities before taking her exam on 13 Nov 2007..

Day 1 -- 11Nov2007

Raffles Hotel..Haha..Not lunch in Raffles Hotel, just passby after the lunch and bought bus ticket at Golden Mile..Just simply take a pic for fun!

Day 2 -- 12Nov2007

The Lovely Girl took a day off to do her revision for exam, lunch with the Boy and suddenly bought a luggage without intention, but because of buy 25" free 20" luggage..Worth!

After purchased the luggage, the Lovely Girl ordered a Venti Hot Chocolate with thick cream from Starbucks and sit there to study for almost quarter a day..

Day 3 -- 13Nov2007

Today is her exam day, no more revision time for her, lunch with the Boy at Soup Spoon and straight ahead to exam hall..her heart keep :" Booppp!! Booppp!! Booppp!!"

The Lovely Girl enjoying her dinner with the Boy, I think you knew her result for the exam..Haha..Congrat to the Lovely Girl..She passed the exam!!!

Relaxing Weekends..

After a long fighting exam period, lucky can spend sometimes to enjoy enjoy.. Last saturday Me and Lovely went to JB, because she wanted to dye her hair..

We thought to depart from home about 7:30a.m. but don't know why my phone alarm keep silence..Haha..At last, we reached JB around 11:30a.m.

Haha..then We started our plans, We seek for breakfast in City Square, We ate Toast, Chicken Floss Noodles, Ice Kopi and Teh.. Then we continue with watching movie, before that we still wondering whether watch "Brothers" or "Bullet and Brain", after we did some research on Friday, we decided to watch "B & B", the movie not bad and at least look modern..

After the movie, We looked the salon around and ask for price for hair dying.. At last, we found a nice 1..The director hairstylist not bad, his movement very fast and only took about 1 and half hour for the whole process..

Last, Our dinner! We been thinking to try the Sizzling StoneGrill during last visit..We ordered a Seafood Platter which 3 Prawns, 3 Super big Scallops and a big piece of Salmon! Haha..Nice!

We reached home about 9:30p.m. But we feel fulfilled our day..

Done..Everything Done..

Finally My exam ended..energy getting low..too tired after fighting for few days..Haha..

Today is my last exam.."Portfolio Management", not really happy with what i did in the exam..But hope it can pass..should be alright after studied so much..Haha..

Thought these few days can relax down..but tomorrow need to cover My colleague..Very tiring..Hope tomorrow My working soul will come back as I stuck in study for so long..

Saturday can enjoy with my Lovely go JB kai kai..Haha..At least do something to relax myself..No need to suddenly awake at the mid night and think of my study..
