22 Dec 2007 - Over Winter - Guo Dong...

Yesterday was a meaningful for Chinese -- Guo Dong, old people said this day is considered a new year, everything will started in new..Usually, family member will have a reunion dinner, but I can't have it with my family, because I was abroad..

But I have an important family here, my Lovely Girl..She brought me to a restaurant named Ma Maison, it's a mixture of romantic and relax restaurant..I never wonder she will bring me there, quite a suprise for me..

She brought me around the shopping centre and pretend looking for which restaurant to have our dinner..When I saw Ma Maison, I said eh, Ma Maison also have a outlet here, then She pulled me go inside..and She made a booking..

I was suprised by the decorations there, it's feeling like back to 19 century, woonden windows, wooden table, and classic table lamp..the feel is like..WOW! This restaurant is a combination of Japanese and French cuisine..

We have an appetizer which is never try before, French Escargot..Haha..lucky it's like very nice and suit for us! We tried the hamburger steak, it's very juicy with a special made sauce and the taste not like what you have in normal steak house..You will feeling yourself in France, having a great dinner! Wonderful!

We also tried the japanese style fried pork cutlet, something must mention is the thickness of the cutlet is about 6cm, it's also served with ultimate secret sauce, when bite it, really can feel the meat..!

After we finished our food, it's time for entertaiment, take picture! Can't forgive myself if I didn't take picture in this creature comfort restaurant! We took a lot of picture there and Thanks for Sony T200, it's built with Smile Shutter, it will not capture until you say..Cheese...!

Ohh..something must be mentioned, the dessert -- Cheese Cake! We never try the Cheese cake like this, it's really really full of Cheese, it has a normal outfit like others, but you really can tell the different when you bite it! and it's mixed with Chocolate and Strawberry Syrup..Nice! We finished it even though our stomach already full..

Ma Maison is really a good restaurant, their services are very good and friendly and reasonable price..They have sufficient manpower and Japanese waitress as well.. Thanks for my Lovely Girl, She always think of the best and enjoy with Me! I Love You...

Last Saturday, I went to a workshop which is introducing a game created by R. Kiyosaki (Author for Rich Dad Poor Dad)..The game is Cashflow 101, I think maybe you also heard before..This is the "Best" game i ever play before..

Before I started to play the game, there was a presentation by some of the so called "VIP"..And they keep introduced those NUS, NTU graduated student..Said how good they are, now is entrepreneur, I was feeling uncomfortable while listening the presentation, it's like a bit..mm..Non-sense..

When a company promoting a game, they will usually describe much about the game and what is the usefulness if those educational kind..But for this Cashflow 101, they were like MLM company, asking you to shout out some slogans or stupid things..

Those people who playing there, most of them are student from Engineering, IT..When I was playing the game, only 1 word came to my mind..."Unrealistic!"..

Example 1: Sometimes you got the chance to buy share, the lowest price is $5, after that you got a high chance to sell it at $40. Then you earn a huge amount, but it's like passby stock analysis, in real life, no chance for you to do so if you only based on information in a card..no way!

Example 2: Business, sometimes you got a chance to buy a business, so you can just buy it and keep it, until somebody paying high amount to buy from you, then earn from there..But do you know what is nature of the business, where is the profit from..

As they mentioned before the game, you can learn from there about how to become Entrepreneur, how money can work for you..I think it can work, because they never understand about what is accounting, savings, investment strategies..

Sorry to say that, this is a suck game, maybe it just a game, but it's so unrealistic and not really match with what the book written.

Review Of Performance..

Time really flying very very fast, like just a blink, this month already is December.. Sometimes, we need to refresh ourselves and think, what have we done during the year..

Since I started my blog, I had planned for my achievement for year 2007, is time to review it.

1. Work Harder and Achieve higher pay..
- Considered a good move for my pay increment, just Thanks for my Boss..Haha..

2. Get Singapore PR..
- Mission failed, still pending to get my Employment Pass, this plan need to bring forward

3. Pass my Diploma In Investment to move forward my career..
- Yeah..my hardworking never wasted..Got It!

4. Betroth with My Lovely Princess..
- On 7th July, My Lovely Girl said :" I Do!"

5. To maximize My growth that i ever had..
- Able to save some money, but still not enough yet for Wedding..

6. Enjoy holiday at Pulau Redang, Malaysia..
- Went on April during my Birthday, relaxing and wonderful beach!

Beside my plans, also have some activities are out of my plan, like We been to Historical AngKor Wat, Shift House..

Now doing my job search, hopefully I can get a better job and give a better life for my Fiancee.. Okay..so this year my achievement percentage is 85 done.. Must work harder to achieve better for my career & wealth in year 2008.

End Of School Day..

I've been busying for a year to do My part time diploma course, everyday need to rush My work and running to classes..Sometimes think not enough time to be My Lovely..I really feeling tired for it, a diploma course might sound easy for you, but when you have other commitments, it doesn't look funny to you..

Every hardworking sure will receive a return.. Finally..! Finally..!! Finally...!!!

I PASSED MY EXAM!!!

Haha..Last Friday after my dinner with My brother, sister and Lovely, when I back to home, the first thing is check the letter box..But no letter for me..Around 11 plus, my landlord brought back some letters..Oh..God.. The result letter is there.. My heart really started worry, dont know whether I can pass all of them..My Lovely opened for me, haha..Thanks God..I really made it!

Another happy thing is.. My Lovely received her PR application approval letter..Haha.. She's lucky and now Her luck keep coming back..Really Thanks God..

Three Days

This is a story about a lovely girl, her life activities before taking her exam on 13 Nov 2007..

Day 1 -- 11Nov2007

Raffles Hotel..Haha..Not lunch in Raffles Hotel, just passby after the lunch and bought bus ticket at Golden Mile..Just simply take a pic for fun!

Day 2 -- 12Nov2007

The Lovely Girl took a day off to do her revision for exam, lunch with the Boy and suddenly bought a luggage without intention, but because of buy 25" free 20" luggage..Worth!

After purchased the luggage, the Lovely Girl ordered a Venti Hot Chocolate with thick cream from Starbucks and sit there to study for almost quarter a day..

Day 3 -- 13Nov2007

Today is her exam day, no more revision time for her, lunch with the Boy at Soup Spoon and straight ahead to exam hall..her heart keep :" Booppp!! Booppp!! Booppp!!"

The Lovely Girl enjoying her dinner with the Boy, I think you knew her result for the exam..Haha..Congrat to the Lovely Girl..She passed the exam!!!

Relaxing Weekends..

After a long fighting exam period, lucky can spend sometimes to enjoy enjoy.. Last saturday Me and Lovely went to JB, because she wanted to dye her hair..

We thought to depart from home about 7:30a.m. but don't know why my phone alarm keep silence..Haha..At last, we reached JB around 11:30a.m.

Haha..then We started our plans, We seek for breakfast in City Square, We ate Toast, Chicken Floss Noodles, Ice Kopi and Teh.. Then we continue with watching movie, before that we still wondering whether watch "Brothers" or "Bullet and Brain", after we did some research on Friday, we decided to watch "B & B", the movie not bad and at least look modern..

After the movie, We looked the salon around and ask for price for hair dying.. At last, we found a nice 1..The director hairstylist not bad, his movement very fast and only took about 1 and half hour for the whole process..

Last, Our dinner! We been thinking to try the Sizzling StoneGrill during last visit..We ordered a Seafood Platter which 3 Prawns, 3 Super big Scallops and a big piece of Salmon! Haha..Nice!

We reached home about 9:30p.m. But we feel fulfilled our day..

Done..Everything Done..

Finally My exam ended..energy getting low..too tired after fighting for few days..Haha..

Today is my last exam.."Portfolio Management", not really happy with what i did in the exam..But hope it can pass..should be alright after studied so much..Haha..

Thought these few days can relax down..but tomorrow need to cover My colleague..Very tiring..Hope tomorrow My working soul will come back as I stuck in study for so long..

Saturday can enjoy with my Lovely go JB kai kai..Haha..At least do something to relax myself..No need to suddenly awake at the mid night and think of my study..

One and the Last to Shoot..

Today's exam considered moderate level..But finally it's over.. Think back to the exam, I'm really lucky.. If I didn't notice that I left 1 question, maybe now I can confirmed exam failed..

Haha..when I'm calculating my points only realized the points still too far to sufficient for me to pass.. then only found out I miss out 1 question..Lucky I managed to finish the question as it quite easy..haha..

Hope today's paper can pass..No distinction hope..Okay..need to study for my last paper on Thursday..Work Hard....!!!! Going to fulfill my another wishes in this year..Haha..

One Down..Two More to Go..

Today just done My first exam paper..Found out some mistake after the exam..But I think it still alright to pass it..Very tired after the exam and rush to work..

Now sitting in office, but heart still sticking at book.. Thinking how's the exam will be for tomorrow..Haha.. Hope it comes out with what i studied..

2 more exams to go..Must pass all of them!!! Rest first..don't care about work..

HappY BirThDay My FianCee..

Haha..My Lovely Fiancee keep chasing 6 months behind of my age.. Today is her Birthday.. I have been planned a series of celebration programmes to her.. Haha.. But sometimes.. when everything well-planned, sure something to spoil it..

Me and My Fiancee also fall in sick.. Today I didn't turn up to work.. Maybe I study till too late and not enough sleep.. Doctor said I have Fever, Flu, Cough, Phlegm, and Sore Throat.. So serious.. But is a good thing also, I can accompany Her for the entire day.. Haha..

We were carrying sickness and ran to VivoCity and trying to do something we can.. Haha..

First -- We took our lunch at Imperial Herbal, we hope to recover our energy.. So we choose the restaurant and we order type of varieties are herbal mixed.. The food really nice and acceptable.. We almost cleared everything even we having sick!

Second -- We continued with a movie afer lunch.. Haha.. The movie is.. "Super Bad", this is a funny comedy movie.. It really made us laugh from start to the end.. But in the middle, I have another real show.. When my Lovely went to wash room, a couple were quarrel outside the Cinema.. At last, the girl won by hugging the guy.. Haha.. Good Tactic..!

Third -- Also the last thing we done in VivoCity, Birthday sure can't miss it for celebration, I ordered a pinky cake from Bakerzin -- Ispahan.. We collect it and straight back to home.. Haha.. Actually I have no idea what cake is it.. I just purchased it because it looks nice and it is full of Rasberries and Lychee (Hou).. Haha.. It actually like a biscuit, and quite hard to cut.. Haha.. My Fiancee complained it because last year she received Ice Cream Cake.. You can imagize it.. Haha..!

This year, I created another different birthday to her.. Hope She enjoyed it and love it.. Oh.. no special present to her this year as we spent almost at Cambodia.. But i did bought her a dress from Dorothy Perkins (shown in picture).. Haha.. I wish her "Happy Birthday and Healthy Forever".. Muakss.. I Love You Forever and Ever..

Countdown..10 Days..exam is just in front of me.. I think all of my classmates are working hard as well!! Gambateh everybody..We MUST pass all of them!!

My baby fiancee fall in sick..light need to turn down and let her sleep well..Hope she is fine and well rested before her birthday..

This year will not have any special present to her.. Just some special arrangement and simple birthday party for 2 people.. Hehe..

My Last Class

Today is my last class for Diploma course..It was already 9 months over.. I really learned a lot from this course.. make myself talk like more prof in shares investment..

Never ever think time pass so fast in a blink.. My wish going to come true and new plan need to be formed.. I still hoping myself can get a good job and high paid job.. to gain more knowledge and apply to my job and my ownself investment..

Sometimes, life really need a lot of plan, no matter it is good or bad.. But when you planned it, you must fulfilled it with no regret..

Anyway, my exam is coming soon.. This month i need to stuck my head in study, minimize my entertainment, my gym, my everything but of course job is always excludes..Haha...

This exam is very very important to me and my future.. If i passed it, 1st thing to do is look for better career and money to fund my future and my wedding!!! Haha..

Pre-Honeymoon BreakAways!

Thursday - 27 September, Siem Reap, Cambodia

After our Redang trip, this is another challenging trip for us in 2007. Haha..Angkor Wat is the main motivation to make us think to travel Siem Reap. We really gained a lot of knowledge from this trip.

Haha..we treated this trip as our pre-Honeymoon trip, we got a fantastic and romantic hotel -- De La Paix! The service of the hotel really superb, we really appreciated their services..The best thing is our room got upgraded to Garden Deluxe.. For every request, they will fulfilled it!

Talking about the lifestyle in Siem Reap, they still considered a undeveloped country..But now it seem started building and developing by foreign investor like Korean, but really unbelievable Korean is the 1 started to invest in Siem Reap..

We had a romantic swing dinner which included in our package, the atmosphere at night really nice..But the Local Traditional Khmer foods were not really fit our appetite..Haha..Anyway..we tried every dishes..

Day 2, we started with our Ancient trip by visiting some of the main and large temple like Angkor Thom, Bayon, Ta Prohm, Angkor Wat and etc... When we reached the SouthGate, the scene really chilled up our mood and this is what we waiting to see since the day we planned the trip! After we explored few temples, our energy going lower, we decided to go back hotel and come tomorrow as we had purchased 3 days pass!

Day 3, we woke up @ 5:00a.m. to catch Angkor Wat sunrise scene, we called a Tuk-Tuk to drive us there..Yeah..Everywhere still in dark, Moon is the one who lead our way..As we had no tour guide, no guide book, nothing to guide us where is the best angle for Sunrise..Hence, we keep following those group tourists..Haha..Finally we found it but unfortunely, Sun not in mood and shy on the day, he hiding behind clouds, we disappointed and went back to hotel for breakfast.

I think i should stop here and go grab my lunch..hungry now..Long story to go..Haha..

07.07.07 - Proposal

Our dinner costume

I've been planning it very very long time..Finally I did it! Today, again We written another unfotgetable history in Our life..

In Singapore tallest Hotel - SwissOtel, 70th Floor, Equinox Restaurant, a place which you can see Malaysia and Indonesia! Sky Dining! We had a Romantic Dinner, We enjoyed the moment and the food, we chit chatting Our Love and everything..

Suddenly something disturb Our sweet time..Esplanade was doing National Day Preview..Fireworks!!! Fantastic!!! I never ever think We have a free firework shows!

But these still make Our story to be completed..I was getting something out from my pocket unknownly and I was holding my Lovely's left hand..I was asking her about Our relationship, about Our Love, about Our Understanding..Suddenly I asked her "What do you think if you marry me?", "What do you want in order to accept my proposal?"

Lovely thought I was playing with her and She swing swing her left hand, she means "where is the ring?"..Haha..She fall into my trap..I've been waiting for this word from her..In the moment, I was putting on a Diamond Ring into her ring finger! Haha..She was shock a while and don't know what was happen..She knew I will propose, but not so soon..Hence, she never expected today is the day!

Talk about the Ring, it really really born for us! On 29th June, I went into a Jewellery shop and the guy shown me the ring..I was attracted by it and think to buy it immediately..But still need to think twice and do more survey..But the guy told me the promotion end by June (GST increase to 7% on 1st July). I was thinking over and over the day and I finally make the decision to buy it on the next day..! But what a coinsidence, It born in 23 April 2007 (My Birthday) and the size is totally fit for my Lovely! I, myself also can't believe it..

My Lovely very very happy because She really feel my Love, and accepted my Proposal. I've been using long time to plan everything..Thanks God again..Thanks for giving me a chance to move on my Life!

Anti Gravity Hop!

After back from Redang Trip, I was busying with my Exam Life! 1st with My semester Diploma exam, very Lucky.. I passed all of them.. 2nd is CMFAS Module 1A exam, this is the exam which make Me headache..But at last, I still able to pass it.. Thanks God!

Beside that, My job really became more busy and more workload added to Me. But really pissed off, because those not My stuffs also pushed to me..Now I had a new nick name "Ad-Hoc Prince" from my colleague Siew Lan in My department. I'm the person always ready for them, But I will stilll trying my best to help all of them..Hope to have a happy working moment with all of them!

Half-a-year to go, after I finished my Diploma course, Bye Bye to this department..Still feeling sad to leaving them but not much good chances to stay in this Department.. Better for Myself to move on!
